In developing our Adoption Program Fee Schedule, we balance our commitment to providing high-quality, lifelong services to all members of the adoption process, with the goal of making adoption affordable to all families regardless of their income.

We recognize the costs of adoption can be formidable and constitute a significant challenge to most household budgets. Our sliding fee scale is designed to give each family a fair and affordable opportunity to bring a child into their lives through adoption. In addition, families enter into the adoption process with a clear idea as to what their expenditures will be.
Our sliding fee scale is based on family income at the time you enter the program. If your income varies or adjustments need to be considered due to self-employment or a family-owned business, the Director of Licensing and Adoption will work with you to establish a fair and reasonable fee.
