Outpatient Therapy
The Center for Youth and Family Solutions’ Counseling Program provides community access to affordable, high-quality therapy services to empower and assist individuals, couples, and families in resolving their concerns and relationship issues.
Our Clinical Staff
Our clinical staff is composed of therapists with educational backgrounds and licenses in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling and related disciplines. They are highly trained and experienced and can help address the full range of marital, family, life cycle, mental health, child and adolescent issues.
Our Services
We provide therapy for a wide range of problems including couples problems, depression, anxiety, childhood and adolescent behavioral issues, trauma and grief. We are known for our expertise in dealing with complex family situations and for providing access for families who would not otherwise be able to use professional counseling services. Services are available outside of 9-5 office hours by prior arrangement.
Cost of Services
Our Outpatient Therapy Program is funded through United Way, insurance reimbursement and client fees. We accept most major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicaid Managed Care (MCO) coverage. For clients without insurance or who cannot afford to pay full fee for services, we offer a sliding fee based on income and number of family members in the home. All clients are asked to help pay for the cost of services through at least a nominal fee, but no one is denied service due to financial limitations or inability to pay. A manageable fee can be negotiated with each client.
