The Transition Project
The transition of a child in foster care can be extremely difficult and these children come into foster care with little or no personal belongings. To assist these children, we developed the “Transition Project” which collects new items for children to help them adjust to a new home. We are currently in need of donations! We are excited for you to join us for our 4th Annual Wine Down with CYFS.

Enjoy a beautiful fall evening with friends tasting some amazing wines, delicious foods prepared by wine aficionado and Executive Chef at the Country Club of Peoria, Shannon Farmer.

All proceeds of this fundraiser will go towards helping children and families who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect and other life challenges, heal, cope, and thrive!
