The Counseling Program engages in a continuous evaluation process in order to offer the highest quality services to our clients and the communities we serve. We conduct internal-outcome indicator research and various client-feedback- based-outcome indicator methods.
The fundamental gauge of our effectiveness is the extent to which we are able to help our clients resolve the issue that brought them into counseling.
In keeping with our client-focused approach, our clients are our chief collaborators in measuring our success. Both during and after receiving services, clients are asked to comment on the extent to which their presenting issues have improved.
Client-reported success rate
- For the 2014 fiscal year, 83% of clients reported improvement of their presenting problem at the conclusion of treatment.
